Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include all original tags. Securely seal the box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup. We recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
